02 Mar Country singer Granger Smith to headline 63rd annual Water Festival
The Beaufort Water Festival has announced that country singer Granger Smith will take the stage as the headline performer at the Concert in the Park on Saturday July 14th starting at 8 pm. Opening for Smith will be country entertainer John King and new rising country act Walker County.
This will definitely be another good one.
In a 20 year career, Granger Smith has released nine studio albums and has had hit songs with Happens Like That and Backroad Song,. He’s sold-out national tours along with a social media following nearing 6 million, Smith has certainly amassed a rabid following. He has performed three times at the White House, and in 2008 he traveled to perform for soldiers in Iraq and Kuwait.
Most of the time, Smith is a mild-mannered, soft-spoken Texan; a polite father of three. But, when you get him on stage an entirely new character usually emerges with his alter-ego, Earl Dibbles, Jr.
The Beaufort Water Festival always brings big name talent to little ol’ Beaufort, and for that….we are always excited.
Tickets are $30.00 and available for purchase online at https://
