HGTV's 'House Hunters' episode filmed in Beaufort to air August 26th

House Hunters comes to Beaufort on August 26th.  Well, actually they came to Beaufort & Port Royal back in February, but the episode of the hit HGTV show that was filmed here will air on August 26th at 10pm.

The episode follows a Marine pilot named Cody and his wife Stephanie who were recently stationed in Beaufort and are ready to buy a home…and she wants a plantation-style house on a $300,000 budget.

There will be lots of local Beaufort & Port Royal stuff to see. According to local reports back in February the crew was to film at Port Royal’s Bands Brews & BBQ fundraiser for FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice and also along the Spanish Moss Trail in addition to other popular locations.

Each episode of the wildly popular show focuses on a prospective homebuyer who considers three properties for sale. We wonder which three properties they looked in our area.
